They know how much you all love shoutouts and free followers on twitter. So they took the liberty of making a program that gets you exactly that. It is very easy to use and requires barely any effort to get tons of shoutouts.
After you download and login into the program, you are presented with a list of the 20 most recent tweets posted on their twitter account. Next to each is a retweet button. You just have to choose a tweet you like and retweet it. This sends a message to a server which automatically posts the shoutout to their twitter profile.
